FollowDue is a SaaS application designed to help you track pending payments and send timely follow-ups to your clients. It's a simple, minimal tool that keeps all your invoice information and follow-up history in one place - no spreadsheets, no stress.
Yes! FollowDue is completely free until 30th April, 2026. We're in our early stages and want you to experience the full power of the tool at no cost. After that date, we may introduce paid plans, but we'll give you plenty of notice.
It takes just 2 minutes:
- 1. Create an account on our registration page
- 2. Complete the onboarding to set up your business details
- 3. Add your clients and invoices
- 4. Start sending follow-ups!
For each client, you'll need:
- • Client name — the person or business you're invoicing
- • Email address — for communication purposes
- • Phone number — for WhatsApp follow-ups (optional)
For invoices: amount, due date, and invoice number. That's it!
Follow-ups in FollowDue are manual — meaning you control when and how you contact your clients. We'll show you a suggested follow-up message based on your invoice details, but you copy it and send it through your own WhatsApp or email. This keeps you in control and maintains your personal relationship with your clients.
Currently, FollowDue generates follow-up reminders and templates when you need them, but automatic scheduling is not yet available. We recommend marking invoices with follow-up dates so you don't forget. This feature is on our roadmap!
No. FollowDue never sends messages automatically to your clients. We believe in maintaining your personal relationship with your clients. All follow-ups are 100% manual and initiated by you. We simply help you remember to follow up and provide suggested messages.
Simply mark the invoice as "Paid" in FollowDue. This will remove it from your pending list and help you see exactly which invoices are still outstanding at a glance.
Currently, each account is designed for one user. If you have a team, we recommend using a shared email address to create the account, or each team member can create their own account. Team features are on our roadmap!
Yes, your data security is a top priority. We use industry-standard encryption for all data in transit and at rest. Your passwords are encrypted, and we never store sensitive payment information. For complete details, please read our Privacy Policy.
This feature is currently under development. We're working on making it easy for you to export your clients, invoices, and follow-up history in various formats. Stay tuned!
You can delete your account anytime from your profile settings. All your data will be permanently removed from our servers. If you have any issues deleting your account, please contact our support team.
FollowDue currently supports the Indian National Rupee (INR). All invoice amounts and pricing are displayed in INR.
No problem! Click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page, enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the link to set a new password. Simple and secure!
