Client information (names, email addresses, phone numbers), Invoice details (amounts, due dates, invoice numbers), Follow-up activity logs (dates, times, communication channels), and Payment-related data (transaction references, payment status).

Payment Information

When paid subscriptions are available, payment details such as card numbers will be processed securely through our payment gateway partners (Razorpay or Stripe) and are never stored on our servers. We only retain transaction IDs and payment status for your records.

Technical Information

IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, and usage logs for security, debugging, and service improvement purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

WhatsApp Follow-ups

Follow-ups via WhatsApp are initiated manually by you. We do not send messages automatically. The messages are sent through WhatsApp's infrastructure, and their data handling is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy. We do not store the content of messages you send.

Payment Gateways

When paid subscriptions become available, payments will be processed through secure third-party payment gateways such as Razorpay or Stripe. These providers are PCI-DSS compliant and handle all sensitive payment data. We never store card numbers or other sensitive payment information on our servers. Payment processing is subject to the respective privacy policies of Razorpay or Stripe.
