By accessing and using FollowDue ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use the Application.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Application following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the Application, you confirm that:

• • You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
• • You are using the Application for lawful purposes only
• • You are not a person or entity barred from using the Application under applicable laws

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

• • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account. It is your sole responsibility to secure your credentials.

Current Status: FollowDue is currently offered free of charge until 30th April, 2026.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Application (including but not limited to design, graphics, software, and text) are the exclusive property of FollowDue or its content suppliers and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our written permission.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain continuous service:

• • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• • The Application may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time
• • We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FollowDue shall not be liable for:

• • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• • Loss of data, business, revenue, profits, or reputation
• • Damages arising from unauthorized access or data breaches (except where we are negligent)

Use of the Application is at your own risk.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application:

• • If you violate these Terms of Service
• • If you engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• • If the Application is discontinued for any reason

Upon termination, your right to use the Application immediately ceases.

11. Disclaimers

The Application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Application or its content, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FollowDue harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Application or violation of these terms.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
